Killer Bee Honey

The Smallest Shop with the Biggest Bite

Located on Main Street, Killer Bee Honey is a Bisbee institution built on the fearless expertise of Reed Booth, known worldwide as the “Killer Bee Guy”. This “homey” shop holds the title of the smallest retail space in Bisbee—just 60 square feet—but it packs a massive punch with award-winning products harvested from local Africanized “killer” bee removals.

Wild Desert Honey

Unlike mass-produced honey, this is wild-crafted and unique to the specific hive and location it was harvested from, resulting in a rich, complex flavor profile.

Award-Winning Honey Mustards

They offer 12 flavors of honey mustard, ranging from sweet raspberry to fiery habanero. These are local favorites, often used by area restaurants for their perfect balance of sweet, heat, and “umami”.

Gourmet Honey Butters

A staple of the shop, their honey butters come in nine different flavors, including blueberry, raspberry, and pecan.

The Sampling Station

The best part of the experience is the free samples. You can taste almost everything in the shop before you buy to ensure you find your perfect “degree of heat”.

Know Before You Go:

Pro Tip: If you suffer from local allergies, try a jar of the Raw Desert Honey. Many locals swear by its health benefits for building immunity to local pollens.
