Bisbee Coffee Company

The Best Seat in the Plaza

Located in the heart of Copper Queen Plaza, the Bisbee Coffee Company has been the town’s premier community hub and caffeine sanctuary since 1996. Known for its “positive attitudes and great coffee” philosophy, this family-owned roastery specializes in small-batch beans sourced from around the globe and roasted locally to ensure peak freshness.

The company was founded by Rob Page, a retired U.S. Army Lt. Colonel who pivoted from military service to hospitality. Inspired by the decisive spirit of Spanish explorers, the Page family launched the business with a “burn the boats” philosophy—a total commitment to their new mission of bringing artisan coffee to Old Bisbee.

Located in the historic Mercantile Building  (part of the former Phelps Dodge building), the cafe is known for its on-site roasting.

The café is open daily from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, offering both cozy indoor seating and an outdoor patio perfect for taking in the historic downtown atmosphere. Its prime location across from the Copper Queen Library makes it one of the best spots in town for observing the local “quirky” vibes.
