Old Bisbee Roasters

From Farm to Foam

Located just off the main path in a bright, industrial-style space, Old Bisbee Roasters is less of a traditional café and more of a high-end roasting laboratory. Founded by Seth Appell, this is where the coffee you drink at many other local spots actually begins its life.

They specialize in ethically sourced beans from around the world, roasted in small batches right on-site. You can buy fresh bags of whole beans to take home.

This isn’t the place for a 20-ounce sugary latte. Instead, they focus on the pure flavor of the bean. They often have a “coffee of the day” available for a quick, high-quality pour.

Beyond coffee, they offer high-quality loose-leaf teas, artisanal chocolates, and their famous “Bisbee Dust” (a cocoa and spice blend).
