House Royale Bar & Restaurant

The Big Blue Building

Located at 94 Main St in the center of historic Old Bisbee, House Royale (also known as the Bisbee Royale) is a multifaceted destination that seamlessly blends a cafe, craft bar, and live performance theater.

House Royale is known for its “modern elegance” and versatile spaces that cater to different moods throughout the day. Originally built in 1918 as the First Baptist Church, the building has been stunningly renovated into a modern landmark while retaining its old-world charm.

The cozy, inviting bar featuring strong creative cocktails, pineapple mimosas, and a selection of craft beers.

The retro-styled restaurant serves a full menu of American classics, including standout items like the Spicy Benedict, savory crepes, and half-pound burgers.

The historic performance space has an 18-foot screen used for classic and foreign films, as well as live events ranging from flamenco concerts to comedy shows.

Visitors often describe the vibe as a blend of “modern 50s meets medieval,” fitting perfectly into Bisbee’s eclectic artistic culture.
