Bisbee Grand Saloon

Belly Up to 1906

Established in 1906, the Bisbee Grand Saloon serves as a historic centerpiece of Old Bisbee’s Main Street, doubling as the lively check-in lobby for the adjoining Bisbee Grand Hotel. This award-winning venue is renowned for its authentic Old West ambiance, featuring a century-old back bar originally brought from Tombstone and original Victorian-era tin ceilings. The saloon features original tin ceilings, an ornate back bar, and vintage furnishings that transport guests back to the mining boom era.

With multiple seating areas including a large bar and dining space, it maintains a “Cheers-like” atmosphere where locals and tourists mix freely.

For those staying at the hotel, the saloon often serves as the check-in desk, where a bartender may literally hand you your room keys.

It is famous for its spicy Bloody Marys (often made with local chiltepin water) and a robust selection of Arizona craft beers.

It is one of the busiest stages in town, hosting live entertainment nearly every night, ranging from acoustic sets to full local bands. Regular programming includes Live Band Karaoke, Wednesday night jam sessions, and the town’s most prominent burlesque productions.
